Some students prefer a fixed weekly call, while others schedule meetings as needed. When academic progress and extracurricular activities are going smoothly, we may go a month without contact. However, during critical decision-making periods—such as course selection or choosing between activities—more frequent, even daily, communication may be necessary.
I respond to students' or parents' questions and complete essay edits within 24 hours. The essay editor I collaborate with typically returns revisions within five days.
I greatly value the time of both students and parents. I do not participate in unnecessary social gatherings, so I kindly decline invitations to meals, tea, or similar events. I also strictly respect students' privacy—any information shared during our work together will be kept strictly confidential.
